You’ll get a min. £1,000 per year to spend on your career development and spend time learning and developing your skills.
Starting with up to 33 days holiday per year, you will regularly be able to take time out for some R&R or invest time in your passions. Increasing by 1 day each year, up to 40 days maximum.
Which is why we match 5% contributions in our workplace pension. We will also provide income protection and death in service for added security for you and your family.
We take time out of the working week for team socials each month, with a mix of in-person and virtual options: past events include hiking, family BBQs, board games, and at-home cocktail classes!
That’s why we provide up to 20 hours a year of paid time off for you to participate in your choice of volunteer work.
We will support your physical and mental wellbeing through comprehensive private healthcare, as well as access to a private counselling service and Employee Assistance Programme.
On your 5th year anniversary you will receive a 4-week paid sabbatical.
We live our values of sharing the big picture and transparency with regular company meetings.
