So, how does it work?

Our implementation approach, called "Sprint & Shape Up," combines agile and waterfall project management with a target go-live date.

A project timeline will usually vary between 2-7 months depending on the size and complexity.

Based around time boxed sprints, the project will facilitate requirements gathering in a series of workshops, helping you to understand the configuration options and data required to ensure the solution meets your requirements.

We will support you through data migration and build out the integration so that key information feeds Dayshape and assists your resource management decision making

Our implementation consultants will guide you on best practice, and suggest recommended set up, support your User Acceptance testing and manage the cutover to Production to make the process as smooth as possible
