Over the past eight years, Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice has redefined what business performance means with improvements not only in profitability, but also in quality, culture, and talent experience. Resource management was the starting point of that transformation, setting the stage for the practice-wide changes that followed, and remaining at the core of their continual performance improvement ever since. In this session you’ll learn how Deloitte elevated resource management from a tactical function to a strategic powerhouse using technology and data. Tom will reveal how they overhauled forecasting, strengthened quality, drove smarter commercial decisions, and improved both planning and employee wellbeing — underscoring how resource management both powers and underpins performance. We guarantee you’ll walk away inspired to elevate RM at your business.
