How does Dayshape pricing work?

Licenses are priced per resource managed in the platform, and there is a one-off fixed implementation fee. There is optional product functionality, bespoke infrastructure, and additional services add-ons available.

What is a licensed resource?

A licensed resource is any person with projects assigned to their Dayshape schedule during the license year, or any person specifically requested to be booked on projects within Dayshape during the license year, regardless of whether those bookings are assigned. For example, Resource Managers that are involved in the scheduling of work but are not billable resources will not incur a fee, nor with other users, such as those who need access to see reports. This fair pricing metric aligns customer spend with results.

What happens if I want to access additional modules mid-term?

You can access extra add-ons at a new (pro-rata) price at the time of the new order and these will co-terminate with the first year anniversary, and will be committed to the end of the renewal period.

Do you offer enhanced support?

We provide premium support access to extended 24/5 support from skilled specialists who provide dedicated service time from integration support through to IT SteerCo participation, beyond office hours. Used when higher than average SLAs or extended hours needed e.g. support for HQ & offshore delivery centre. Normal support included in Dayshape standard covers critical incidents 24/7, as automated notifications alert contact engineers outside hours.
