Edinburgh, 18 August 2020 — Airts, an award-winning enterprise software company founded in 2013, announced today it will be renaming both its product, Braid, and its company name to become Dayshape, effective 1 September 2020.
Airts is the company behind Braid, an AI-powered planning platform for professional services firms. Braid has won multiple awards, including Business Insider’s Accountancy & Financial Technology Award for Innovation, and the ScotlandIS Digital Tech Award for Best New Product. Airts was ranked 19th overall and first in Scotland in the most recent Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50. Airts counts two of the Big Four accounting giants as customers, with over 15,000 users worldwide across 10 countries.
CEO and co-founder, Andrew Bone, said of the transition, “Airts as a company name and Braid as a product name have served us well. But as we continue to grow, we want to simplify and unify our identity with a name which reflects our strategic focus.”
CCO, Richard Cassidy, added, “Dayshape encapsulates our vision to improve people’s working lives. For our professional services customers, every day is an invaluable resource. Our product helps them shape their days to maximise their success”.
Bone further noted, “Demand for our product is increasing globally, including in key markets such as North America. We believe this change will contribute to our growth, which in turn will help us drive further and faster product innovation.”
