What’s involved?
How new technology is implemented impacts ROI as much as which. We’ll make sure configuration, change management, and training are all aligned to maximise the value you get from Dayshape on day one.
This is how we roll:
-
1
Requirements gathering
We’ll understand your needs in order to create a detailed project plan and statement of work.
-
2
Infrastructure
We’ll figure out the hosting environments for you (on-prem, private cloud or cloud) and get Dayshape up and running.
-
3
Integrations
We’ll develop any custom integrations required.
-
4
Feature development
If you need additional features added to Dayshape, we may be able to offer prioritised development of those.
-
5
Configuration
Dayshape is super configurable and we’ll get it set up for you to match your business processes.
-
6
Data migration
Taking existing data, cleansing it, and uploading to Dayshape.
-
7
Acceptance testing
Before we go live, experts from your business will validate that Dayshape is ready for prime time.
-
8
Training
We offer a range of training options depending on your needs and in-house capabilities.
-
9
Go-live
The big day! We offer hypercare levels of support in the initial stages to make sure everything runs smoothly, then you’ll hand over to customer support and ongoing account management.
Integrating with Dayshape

If you aren’t looking for integrations, we can import data using Dayshape’s built-in upload function, and/or regularly sync your data.
